ALL-NIGHT SKATE & SPORT PARTY!  Saturday July 19th 7pm-7am 

Kids can hangout with their friends enjoying a variety of sports and games including Skating, Basketball, Flag Football, Tag, Soccer, Kickball, Dodgeball, Capture the Flag,  X-Box, Movies & More! Activities led by our fun and energetic summer camp staff.  Admission includes late night pizza, drink and morning donuts. Ages 6-13.   $35  *** Sign up by July 7th and save $10 ***
 
 
SkateZone at Charlotte Sports Center is the proud home of Charlotte's biggest and best Public Roller Skating Rink!  We offer recreational skating in a fun, clean, safe, and energetic environment for children of all ages (yes...that means adults too!). 

SkateZone features a huge skating rink with exciting group games and prizes.  We have an awesome light show and our state-of-the-art sound system features previews of unreleased music from today's most popular artists.
 
In addition to a great skating rink we have arcade games, a snack bar with large screen TVs, a party area, and locker rooms.   Whether you need inline skates or traditional roller skates we have your size!  With over 500 pairs to choose from, we are ready for your next visit!

SkateZone offers weekend public skate sessions, all-day skates when Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools have scheduled closings, and is also available for group booking during session and non-session hours.  We are ideally suited for individuals, families, school groups, church groups, birthday parties and more.  No group is too big or too small!  Call us today for more information at 704-597-7311.

Birthday Parties

SkateZone at Charlotte Sports Center is proud to offer the best skating birthday parties in town!  All birthday parties are held during our  public skating sessions where our DJ will give special recognition to the birthday child and entertain everyone with games and prizes during the session.  
 
Your Party is free to skate throughout our four-hour skate sessions and our package includes a 45-minute block of time in our upper level part area for pizza, drinks, cake, and presents.  Our concession stand will be open for the purchase of additional food, drinks, snacks and novelties.  Cake is the only outside food permitted!

All-Night Parties

Charlotte Sports Center hosts the ultimate ALL-NIGHT PARTIES!  Our All-Night Parties are designed for children ages 6-13 and are hosted by our fun and energetic Summer Camp Counselors!  Kids will enjoy a variety of fun and games including Roller Skating, Basketball, Flag Football, Volleyball, Inflatable Bouncers, Tag, Soccer, Kickball, Dodgeball, Capture the Flag, X-Box, Movies & More!

All-Night Parties run from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am and include pizza and drink for a midnight snack.

Group Rates

When planning parties, field trips, or group outings, SkateZone at Charlotte Sports Center offers great group rates and concession packages.  Our rink is open to the public on weekends and every day that CMS has a scheduled closing.  For your convenience, we can also accommodate groups anytime by reservation.

We know how hard it is to find a fun and safe place for group activities, so you can be assured that we take pride in providing a clean, wholesome and safe experience for all.  Our staff plays age appropriate music, offers a wide variety of games and activities and ensures a great time for everyone.  Whether your group is big or small, we have plenty of skates for children and adults of all ages.
