In order to provide full-service corporate teambuilding training, Charlotte Sports Center has teamed up with teambuilding experts, Fruition Consulting.

Since 1990, the world of Fruition “Top Flight” has grown tremendously. The Fruition “Top Flight” training and consulting team is made up of program specialists with extensive backgrounds in all type of market areas. The team of trainers and consultants collectively offer a range of expertise from classroom, professional development, camp and physical education programs.
The Therapeutic team offers expertise in bringing Therapeutic Fruition “Top Flight” to a wide range of populations from people in substance abuse recovery to special needs students in diverse settings. And our Corporate Fruition “Top Flight” consultants work with people representing a broad array of organizations including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and non-profit institutions.
In addition to researching and developing innovative Fruition “Top Flight” designs for our train-the-trainer workshops, our teams also work directly with clients. This direct service work includes many types of Fruition “Top Flight” adoptions such as youth programs, professional development experiences and classroom-based curriculum development.
Each year we research and develop new Fruition “Top Flight” hardware (equipment and technology) and software (programs and curricula). The accomplishments from this work are extensive, including award winning program models and technological innovations.
