flag football rules
- Season consists of 8 games and a single elimination tournament for top 4 teams
- Leagues follow NIRSA rules with certain CSC modifications
- Games consist of two 20 minute halves with running clock, clock stops last 2 minutes of the game
- Teams play 7 vs 7
- Rosters are limited to a maximum of 15 players per team
- No contact, screen blocking only
- All players eligible to catch passes
- 2 Referees provided for all games
- Each team provides their own jerseys
- CSC provides the flags
- No pockets allowed on players shorts or pants
