youth inline hockey
Charlotte Sports Center’s youth inline hockey programs are designed to teach boys and girls of all ages and skill one of America’s fastest growing games. Our youth inline hockey programs run year-round and include Youth Leagues and Clinics that are separated into various age groups.
We begin each youth league with a skills day to evaluate all registered players. These skills days allow players to be evenly distributed and ensure balanced teams. If your son or daughter is not quite ready for league play, our youth Clinics are a great way to get started.
Our youth inline hockey Clinic is called "The Basics" and it is designed to teach first-time and beginner players the sport of inline hockey. The Basics is ideal for children ages 4 to 7 and we teach fundamental skills such as: skating, stick handling, passing, shooting and rules. After completing one or two sessions of the Basics, players will be ready to advance to one of our great youth leagues.Leagues
