Roster Information
List Player's Names Below for TEAM Registrations. Players can be added first 5 weeks of the season. All players must have a current Liability Waiver on file with Charlotte Sports Center before playing and have an email address on file to access our online program.

Payment Information
A minimum $200 deposit is required before your TEAM will be added to the league. Once your Registration Form has been received and processed (within 24-48 hours), you will receive an email with instructions to log into our secure and encrypted online system to process your Team Deposit and/or Team Payment. Team deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your registration confirmation. Team balances, if any, are due by the Coaches Meeting and can be paid online at 24 hours a day.
