PLEASE NOTE: This form is NOT a registration form. The dates and times you request below MAY NOT be available. This form is a REQUEST ONLY and DOES NOT imply availability. No parties can be booked without confirmation from our party specialists AND payment. Parties are NEVER confirmed until payment is processed so DO NOT send out invitations until we confirm your payment is processed. Invitations sent prior to confirmation AND payment WILL NOT be honored.

BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS
Parties must be paid in full to book and are non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled only. All-Sport Parties utilize half the field and half the basketball court. Food orders must be ordered and paid for a minimum of 48 hours in advance. If your party is booked within 2 weeks of the party date, payment is cash or credit card only. Due the high volume of Birthday Party Requests, it will take 24 to 48 hours to respond to your request. Forms submitted on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be responded too before 5pm on the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience as we respond to your request!
